Unit #3 has 2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms and occupies the 4th floor. It has a full Kitchen, front balconie and a semi enclosed rear patio common area with a garden & palm tree.
The kitchen is is complete with granite counter tops and bar, a refrigerator, 4 burner stove w/oven, microwave and blender. A full compliment of dishware, pots, pans and utinsels is ready for your use. There is a television w/local cable connection. The front balcony is accessed through hand made french doors in both the living room and the dining room. We used the finest granite, Amapa hardwoods and mexican tiles in the decor of this unit when we added it in 2006.
Bedroom #1 has two Queen size beds, private bathroom and a window that faces the garden and spiral stairs.
Bedroom #2 has a King size bed and a bathroom that is accessed from both the bedroom and a hallway door near the kitchen.
This Luxury unit is accessed through a private entrance located in the semi enclosed back patio area next to the spiral stairs. Rental of this unit also allows you access to all "Common Areas" which include the covered patio/garden on level #4 and the Terraza on level #6 which includes a wet bar and infinity pool.
This unit is available for long term and weekly vacation rental.
